Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to upholding the concept of equal employment opportunities. We have a Drug-Free Workplace Policy in place to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that we have a work environment free of the negative effects of drug and alcohol abuse. Criminal Background Checks are conducted on all caregivers at the time of hire as mandated by law.

All RNs and LPNs are required to have a current license from the State Board of Nursing before being employed with Interim HealthCare. Company policy requires all Nurse Aides to be registered with the Division of Facility Services in North Carolina. All applicants are then verified through the State Board of Nursing and the Nurse Aide Registry before employment with the company.
